How A Convertible Bra Works

Fashion is a wonderful thing, but it really does not fit well into our daily lives. When you are hustling the kids off to school, your outfit is the least of your worries. The same goes for bras, with the exception of those special evenings.
While you can get away with general looks in daily life, special occasions demand particular styles. You would not wear a blazing red low cut dress to a funeral nor would you wear a demur black dress to a ball. The same goes for bras.
This raises the rather obvious question of which brassiere goes with which event? Should you be wearing a plunging piece to a business holiday part or something a bit more reserved?
Before we get into that, the great duct tape debate has to be discussed. Do models in fashion magazine where duct tape to create particular bust line shapes? Yes. Should you? No. Duct tape is not good for the skin and not a real world solution.
Ironically, there is one bra that is so great that it can be used for most special occasions. You can wear it with strapless dresses, dresses with only one over the shoulder strap and, well, just about anything. That bra is the convertible bra.
Is there any bra as versatile as the convertible bra? Probably not. Why? This bra is magical because the straps unclip. You can have a two strap bra, a one strap version or no straps at all. How is that for flexibility?
You are probably wondering about support issues. Do not. A bra should provide support from the bottom, not the top. Straps are only meant to provide momentary support when needed, so moving straps should not be a big deal.
How cool is this bra? Assume you are going to a formal event and have a dress with one shoulder strap. With the convertible bra, you can remove one strap to match the dress layout and still get some stability.
This bra will even save you money. Assume you want to wear a strapless dress. You need a strapless bra, right? Nope. You can just remove both straps from the convertible bra. Remember, support comes from the bottom, not the top.
To say that the convertible bra should be in your closet is a minor understatement. From many women, it takes the place of most of their other bras.
